This is a fan art picture I did in October 2011. It was inspired by the Dark souls character Quelana, of Izalith.

I thought about adding more background, but felt it'd be better to leave most of it shrouded in darkness giving the over all feel of a partially lit tomb.

Funny thing is this piece was meant to be a quick sketch but when ever I felt it was done I'd come back to check it over and found there was always something that needed something more. After repeating this process three times I decided to just finish it.

Total time spent 5-6 hours.
